OVERVIEW

 

I have been interested in Home Brewing beer since the 1970s. Initially I started brewing with kits while living in the UK. I later progressed to all grain brewing. In the UK, the challenge was to keep the fermenting beer warm enough for the yeast to work properly. Later I moved to Singapore in South East Asia. Here the challenge is to keep the fermentation cool enough.
